This is how we start working in order to guarantee the quality of both your raw and finished fabric.

We start working by taking into consideration your sample and the data regarding the fabric which has to be inspected. In the preliminary control stage the fabric is examined by our technical personnel who, comparing it to the approved sample, will evaluate the handle of the fabric, its appearance and its colour.

Afterwards we will perform tests to determine the uniformity of the colour, evaluating the selvage-centre, spectrophotometric reading, steam shrinking tests, ironing and washing tests, and will fill out the continuity card.

Once these tests have been passed the fabric is ready to be visually examined on the machine.
